THE RECOGNITION OF BALANCE
Since it's inception in 1983, Productivity Assignments has established itself as a credible management consultancy delivering practical, profitable and sustainable results to clients across the business spectrum including manufacturing, banking, tertiary education and non-profit organisations.
In a world of ever-increasing customer demands, management struggles to keep a balance between market pressures and an understanding of how these can be consistently satisfied. |

Productivity Assignments provides the functional know-how to affect positive change in business, process and personal resource effectiveness. By focusing on costly non-value adding activities which burden the flow of goods, services and your valuable time, I am able to release your technology and skill to do what they were intended for. Customer satisfaction, profit and your enjoyment!
To make this change possible and sustainable we must make adjustments in our work life.
Process Optimisation. Critically Examining the way we work and manage our processes exposes non-value-adding activities. And by the use of LEAN tools and Questioning Techniques these activities can be eliminated or reduced in frequency. Very often, the ratio of Value Added (VA) activities to Non-Value-Adding (NVA) is in the order of single digits.
This approach requires a project structure involving all organizational levels.
Personal Effectiveness through self-sustaining energy. This is not just time management. By learning to access our self-sustaining energy source, We are able to distinguish between good and better decision-making. When we make better decisions our personal effectiveness increases, our behavior patterns and life style changes positively and we become happier managers. To be a whole person both at work and elsewhere is to realise self-Actualisation. |
