Like a movie camera capturing images in nanoseconds our own biological cameras are capable of far quicker. When I walk into a factory or admin block for the first time my inboard digital is capturing impressions so fast and accurate it can give a headline summary of a situation in double quick time. I am instantly aware of the state of play and can compare what I see to what I know to be true for that situation.
Not only does my biological camera record scenes, it also records stories. Machines and processes talk to me in a way I can build up symptomatic responses to finding solutions. This ability comes about not just with years of practice but more essentially through the Socratic method of connecting with that innateness of knowing. |

I have specialised in LEAN THINKING SKILLS, which can be applied to any business process including manufacturing, administration, public or private sector.
Projects include those specifically focused on solving immediate problems to those embracing the entire organization as well as supporting functions. A hands-on approach at factory floor level will probe every non-value added operation and balance the process to customer needs.
