20 Questions have been developed to assist you to evaluate your true performance according to our Supertools' Trilogy, which in our experience is the most likely route to Lean Sigma. Please take 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire below and rate yourself according to the faces.

Lean:

Six Sigma:
1. All product specifications are derived directly from customer needs (VOC/QFD).
2. All key/critical process inputs and outputs are controlled statistically.
3. Statistical tools are used on all processes to reduce variation (Taguchi)(DOE)(Anova).
4. You have a structured and trained team dedicated to achieve 34 Defects per Million Opportunities
5. All targets are tightened after achievement.

Project Management:
1. All project objectives align with and support the company vision.
2. All projects are clearly defined and selected according to prioritised selection/criteria for best ROI (Pareto).
3. Project performance is measured against clear targets and best operating practice benchmarks.
4. Projects have responsible leaders and are held accountable for project results.
5. There is a strong cultural awareness of the need for change.
