ROLAND HEUFF
Roland combines a unique mix of leadership skills to bring about effective change to organisations. A South African by birth, he spent a large portion of his schooling life in Central African countries where he was influenced by the natural heritage of the African continent.
Later, living in England he worked full time whilst engaged in his tertiary education. This established a deep understanding of the privilege of work and the responsibility we have for one another.
From the age of 30, Roland found reward in studying the great masters as a practical means of living a useful life and continues this discipline today. In particular, this taught him the value of Socratic teaching a method that sets out to provoke the student into discovering the innate knowledge from within.
Also, Roland has achieved athletic milestones in competitive swimming.
Representing South African Masters Swimming both nationally and internationally. He currently holds SA and KZN records and has been awarded KZN Colours. It is from this mix of sport, career, business and study that makes his leadership style both successful and rewarding. |
